Marketing Automation Specialist

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns designed to engage prospective students and support enrollment growth.

In this full-time, remote role, you will combine marketing strategy, creative content development, data analysis, and automation technology to deliver personalized communications throughout the prospective student journey. You will manage CRM data, build automated nurturing workflows, and optimize campaign performance using Salesforce and email marketing tools.

Working closely with marketing colleagues, you will help maintain consistent brand messaging while improving lead management and operational efficiency. Your insights will inform engagement strategies, strengthen audience relationships, and support measurable marketing outcomes.
