Savant is an established and growing financial planning business looking to recruit a talented and ambitious graduate to join their team in Aberdeenshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong academic background who is looking to build a long-term career within Financial Services. The role offers a structured development pathway, full support for professional qualifications, and the chance to learn directly from a Chartered Adviser.

Over time, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into Mortgage Advice and potentially Wealth Advice, making this an ideal role for someone with ambition and a desire to develop their expertise.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in graduates with a degree in: Law Business Accounting Finance or a related discipline Candidates should ideally have achieved strong academic results and possess: Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail A proactive and organised approach The ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues A genuine interest in Financial Services and Wealth Management A willingness to learn and develop professionally A full driving licence would be advantageous due to the rural nature of the area and client-focused nature of the business.

The Role As a Graduate Financial Services Administrator, you will: Support advisers with client administration and servicing Assist with the preparation of client documentation and reports Liaise with providers and clients Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met Learn the financial planning and mortgage advice process Support the wider advisory team with day-to-day client activities Begin working towards relevant industry qualifications
