Per Diem Transportation Support Specialist- Evenings, and Fridays

The Per Diem Transportation Support Specialist (TSS) is responsible for providing transportation to individuals for scheduled appointments in an effort to support individuals overarching treatment goals and engagement in medically necessary services. This may include supporting someone to arrive at their employment site and home from the employment site, safely.

The TSS may also provide minimal amounts of pre and post shift supports as needed to some individuals.
