You will oversee the setup and execution of all banquet events, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: Team Leadership: Lead and inspire banquet teams to consistently deliver outstanding service. Event Coordination: Plan and organize banquet operations for seamless event execution. Service Excellence: Uphold high standards in setup, delivery, and guest experience. Problem Solving: Respond swiftly to issues and adapt to evolving event requirements.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations or supervisory roles in hospitality Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proven customer service excellence and attention to detail Familiarity with event planning processes and food presentation standards Ability to manage time and adapt in dynamic environments
