Great work starts with great people. At LG, we bring together ambitious doers, creative problem-solvers, and relationship builders who are driven to make an impact. Our culture is built on high standards, shared accountability, and a genuine investment in each other’s success. Through intentional management practices, continuous feedback, and meaningful opportunities to learn and contribute, we encourage our people to take ownership, build their careers, and do their best work.
