JOB SUMMARY

Looking for a fun, part-time job at the pool? Join our Aquatics team as a Slide Attendant! This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a consistent part-time schedule. The Slide Attendant is responsible for the following duties, but not limited to: Monitor the waterslide entrance and help ensure a safe and organized experience for patrons.

Direct patrons when it is safe to enter and go down the waterslide. Enforce waterslide rules, including height and safety requirements. Communicate clearly and respectfully with children, families, and other patrons. Remain attentive and focused while assigned to the waterslide. Work cooperatively with lifeguards and other Aquatics staff.

Assist with other basic pool operations as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 16 years old by the first day of work. Friendly, responsible, and comfortable interacting with the public. Able to communicate and enforce rules clearly and professionally. Dependable and able to remain attentive throughout the assigned shift. SCHEDULING & PAY Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Available shifts include: Monday: 4:00–8:00 p.

m. Friday: 4:00–8:00 p.m. Saturday: 1:00–4:00 p.m. Sunday: 1:00–4:00 p.m. Applicants must be available to work a consistent schedule of at least two days per week. Specific scheduling will be discussed during the hiring process based on the applicant’s availability and needs of the position.
