Assistant Building Superintendent

The Assistant Building Superintendent supports the safe, clean, efficient, and reliable operation of company buildings and grounds at the Ogden and Salt Lake campuses. This role assists with routine maintenance, work order response, building inspections, event setup, grounds maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility-related activities involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, custodial, landscaping, and general building systems.

The position works collaboratively with employees, tenants, vendors, contractors, and Facilities team members and travels between company locations as business needs require.
