Cluster Marketing & Communication Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cluster Marketing & Communication Manager based in India. This role will lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies across a cluster of hotel properties, strengthening brand positioning and increasing market visibility.

You will oversee a broad portfolio spanning digital marketing, social media, content, public relations, media relations, campaigns, promotions, and internal communications . The position combines creative storytelling with strong commercial thinking to generate awareness, engagement, and revenue opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division , and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

Success will require balancing brand consistency with locally relevant campaigns that resonate with target audiences. The role offers an opportunity to influence the guest journey, strengthen market presence, and contribute directly to broader commercial performance.
