What You’ll Do Conduct patient admission assessments and develop care plans. Perform supervisory visits to monitor patient care and progress. Educate patients and families on medications, conditions, and care plans. Document visits accurately and communicate changes in patient condition. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

What We’re Looking For: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia Experience in home health, long-term care, or geriatrics is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs using proper body mechanics Compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated—with a cool head in tough situations Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Work Location: On the road
