Monitor campus-level P&L performance and evaluate the key drivers of operating income and profitability.

Review labor and non-labor expenses against budget and forecast, investigating significant variances and recommending corrective actions where appropriate. Partner with operational leaders to evaluate staffing requirements, teacher utilization, scheduling decisions, and resource allocation. Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency while maintaining the quality of the student and family experience.

Develop financial analyses and scenario models to assess the impact of business decisions on school and organizational profitability.
