Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the bar. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bartenders and bar staff. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Monitor stock levels, order beverages and supplies, and control inventory to minimize waste. Develop and update beverage menus, including cocktails and specialty drinks.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bar area. Monitor cash handling, daily sales, and financial reports. Ensure compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
