Sheet Metal Superintendent – Commercial HVAC Construction Lead the Team. Drive Results. Build Something Great. W.B. Guimarin & Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial HVAC construction projects. We're looking for a confident, results-driven leader who takes ownership, develops strong teams, and knows how to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and profitably.

What You'll Do

Supervise, mentor, and hold sheet metal foremen accountable for performance, productivity, and quality. Manage Field Operations: Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and equipment across multiple projects. Drive Results: Monitor labor budgets, identify challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Build Strong Teams: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing skilled field employees. Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards for workmanship, jobsite safety, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate: Work closely with project managers and leadership to plan work, communicate expectations, and deliver successful projects.

What We're Looking For

Strong commercial sheet metal/HVAC construction experience. Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, or a bachelor's degree in construction or engineering with 3–5 years of construction management experience. Proven ability to lead foremen and manage multiple projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation, plans, specifications, and field operations.

Ability to manage manpower, labor productivity, schedules, and budgets. Confident decision-maker with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
