Certification: Food Handlers Card REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: EACH bulleted group below MUST be submitted before your application is considered. * Resume * One (1) Letters of Reference/Recommendation dated within the last two years; all letters must be dated.

• Food Handlers Card (It is very important to make sure the test or training you take is approved for San Diego County.
