• Crookston and looking for hardworking individuals to join our Cut, Grind & Finish (CGF) team on 3rd shift! If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a team that gets the job done, we want to hear from you! 💪 What You’ll Do Cut, grind, and finish metal castings to meet quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality. Operate hand tools and grinding equipment safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work with your team to meet production goals while following all safety procedures. 💰 Starting Wage: $22.16/hour Plus a $1.25/hour shift differential after day-shift training! 🎉 Why Work at WAF
