What You'll Do

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and plant equipment. Service conveyor systems and other critical processing equipment. Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, controls, automation systems, and related electrical components. Inspect equipment and determine repair or replacement needs.

Identify materials, parts, and labor requirements for maintenance and project work. Review project requests and provide cost estimates and recommendations. Support a culture of safety by maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment. Travel to other mine and project sites when needed.

What We're Looking For

Wyoming Journeyman Electrician License, or the ability to obtain Wyoming licensure through reciprocity within six weeks of hire. Master/Journeyman Electrician certification preferred. Strong industrial electrical experience, including: 3-phase motors (10 HP–150 HP) Soft starters Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) Experience working around heavy industrial equipment.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
