Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, serving in sales, service, and office management. That experience gave me a well-rounded understanding of the business and a passion for helping customers while developing a strong team.

Our agency is excited to become more involved in the community by supporting organizations like the Boys & Girls Club and our local high school. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
