Monarch Landing is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create meaningful, engaging experiences that support the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents. What You’ll Do Plan and lead daily resident activities and programs Develop engaging educational, social, and recreational opportunities Coordinate programs and services within the Life Enrichment department Promote a positive, welcoming community culture Create diverse programming that reflects the interests and needs of our residents What We Offer $16/hour Employee Assistance Program Employee appreciation and referral programs Discounted meals Parking garage A fun, engaging work environment with a great team!

What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Associate’s degree preferred Six months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred Enthusiastic, compassionate, and passionate about senior engagement and hospitality If you enjoy bringing people together and creating experiences that make a difference, we’d love to meet you!
