Head of Fin Int and IA

The Head of Business Process and Internal Audit is a newly created leadership role responsible for building and running Valence's internal audit function and for standardizing, documenting, and improving business processes across a multi-site, private-equity-backed manufacturing platform. This individual will design the Company's risk-based internal audit program, strengthen internal controls (including SOX-readiness), and partner closely with Finance, Operations, and site leadership to drive process consistency as the Company continues to grow organically and through acquisition.
