DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS: Prepare surfaces for welding and fitment Cleaning and grinding the welded area to remove slag Filing hull for rail fitment Assist boat builder in positioning, aligning and fitting fabricated parts together Retrieve and stage parts for boat builders Install tape on all required areas to prevent foam breach Tack and weld parts Keeping area clean and organized KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Parts ready for boat builders at correct time Welds are free from slag Qualifications:
