We are seeking a Room Attendant with a passion for cleanliness, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences through comfort, care, and impeccable presentation.

Location: Bermuda | Department: Housekeeping | Reports to: Dir. of Housekeeping YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Clean and service guest rooms, suites, villas, and public areas to the highest luxury hospitality standards. Perform daily room cleaning tasks including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, and replenishment of amenities.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of corridors, service areas, staff accommodation, and assigned public spaces. Complete deep cleaning, spring cleaning, and special project cleaning as assigned. Ensure linen, towels, supplies, and guest products are stocked and organized. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, special requirements, and service needs.

Assist with VIP arrivals, special room setups, and turndown preparations when required. Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damages immediately. Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and lost-and-found procedures in accordance with company standards. Work collaboratively with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.

Maintain carts, storage rooms, and equipment in a clean and organized condition. Uphold privacy, professionalism, and discretion while servicing occupied guest rooms and residences. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or room attendant experience in a hotel, resort, or private residence preferred. Strong attention to detail with a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance. Physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts.

Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as operationally required. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the department.
