IT Account Manager

The IT Account Manager position ensures that clients of DOCUmation have a solid technology plan which is aligned with their business strategy. As such, it requires the ability to speak with business owners and managers, understand business strategy and planning and consult in the best interest of the customer. It is important that all work be performed correctly, within acceptable time limits and when promised to customers.

In this position, the incumbent works on his or her own with only general supervision. The incumbent typically works directly with client staff and management and at the client’s site and remotely. Working hours other than the standard weekday hours will be required from time to time.
