Trading, Intern - Promo & Trade Marketing (November Intake)

Responsibilities

Maintain promo calendar and assist in preparing meeting materials/decks. Coordinate weekly Weekend Specials updates, price check at competitors store or website. Support event preparation including sitting arrangement planning. Compile buyers’ & suppliers’ attendance lists and prepare name-tag printing. Arrange internal meetings and ensure required materials are ready.

Support POSM/asset readiness, store communication, and online tagging. Track campaign execution and organise basic post-campaign results. Update trackers, files, and SharePoint folders. Compile and consolidate daily store feedback emails (supplier POSM issues, damaged stocks, new store openings, complaints, etc.)
