Why This Role Matters As our HR Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in building and supporting the team behind our mission. From recruiting top talent to ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding, you’ll help shape the employee experience from day one. What You’ll Do Lead recruiting efforts for RBTs and students (sourcing, screening, interviewing) Manage onboarding and new hire orientation using Paylocity & Central.

Reach Support employee relations, performance tracking, and retention initiatives Maintain HR records, personnel files, and compliance documentation (I-9, background checks, etc.) Coordinate credentialing with insurance funders Represent We. Evolve at career fairs and university events Assist with HR projects, reporting, and day-to-day operations What You Bring 2+ years of HR experience or a degree in HR (or related field) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Experience with Paylocity and/or Central.
