Retail General Manager - DFW Airport

As a General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all retail locations and support teams. This role is responsible for driving results in guest experience, sales growth, profitability, team member development, and execution of quality, service, and cleanliness standards, while ensuring facility maintenance and supporting local airport marketing initiatives.

The General Manager also plays a key role in fostering strong partnerships and maintaining operational excellence within the airport environment, contributing to Paradies Lagardère’s Retail division mission of delivering an industry-leading experience that exceeds customer expectations.
