Assistant Finance Manager (Asset and Treasury)

• Asset and Treasury In this position, you will: Oversee fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, capital expenditure (Cap. Ex) tracking, depreciation, transfers, and disposals. Lead periodic asset verifications across multiple locations and reconcile findings with the Fixed Asset Register (FAR). Perform annual impairment reviews and coordinate with internal and external auditors to resolve asset-related queries. Supervise daily operations related to asset and treasury management, ensuring liquidity and capital efficiency. Provide financial support to management through accurate reporting, ad‑hoc analyses, and strategic insights. Support ERP implementation and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Execute special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required by management. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline. Holder of professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, etc. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a solid background in both commercial accounting and auditing. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Net. Suite, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas. Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently, and committed to meeting tight deadlines under pressure. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
