The role offers exposure to market assessments, development strategy, financial feasibility, and client-facing deliverables, working alongside experienced consultants. • Support execution of feasibility studies, highest & best use analysis, and development advisory mandates
• Conduct primary and secondary market research covering demand-supply, pricing, absorption, and competitive benchmarking
• Contribute to client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategy notes
• Undertake location analysis and site assessments across asset classes (residential, office, retail, mixed-use, alternative assets)
• Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and policy trends impacting real estate markets
• Coordinate with internal teams (research, transactions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured thinking
• Working knowledge of financial analysis and valuation techniques
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendations
