Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct personal care and assist residents with daily activities Observe, monitor, and document resident health, vitals, and changes in condition Collaborate with Unit Managers and Director of Nursing on care plans Support resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations Foster a resident-centered, professional, and compassionate care environment Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts Long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills Compassionate and dedicated to high-quality resident care Apply Today!
