Oldfield Mews Apartments & Townhomes | Bluffton, SC | 348 Units Built, Owned & Managed by Palms Associates, LLC We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant (Apartment Turn Technician) to join our exceptional maintenance team at Oldfield Mews Apartments! This role focuses primarily on apartment turns and interior repairs , helping prepare homes for incoming residents.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with basic maintenance or construction experience who is eager to develop their skills and grow in the apartment maintenance industry. • 1 year of Apartment turnover or general maintenance experience preferred
• Basic carpentry and repair skills, such as drywall repair, door installation, and minor interior repairs is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair is a plus
• Self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and mobile devices
