Manager, Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement

Wagner Logistics is seeking a Manager, Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement to strengthen engineering capabilities and drive measurable results across our logistics network. Reporting to the Director of Solutions, you’ll develop engineering talent, optimize labor and warehouse operations, and lead improvements that grow revenue, increase margins, and retain customers.

Partnering with Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and executive leadership, you’ll turn complex analysis into practical business decisions. We’re looking for a technically strong leader who can coach engineers, build credibility on the warehouse floor, and deliver sustainable gains in productivity, capacity, quality, and service.
