Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Architecture

Get to Know Jushi We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical-grade cannabis formulations in the United States, offering patients and customers premium, high-grade cannabis and related products. The Opportunity As the Manager, Business Intelligence & Data Architecture at Jushi, you will own the systems and data that tell leadership how the business is performing.

The role sits where three areas meet: financial systems, the enterprise data warehouse, and business insights. You will design and manage Jushi's data warehouse and database structures, keep financial and operational systems connected and reconciled, and build the dashboards and analyses leadership uses to make decisions.

You will work hands-on in code, writing SQL, Python, and pipeline logic, while also partnering with Finance, Operations, and executive leadership as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate is a technical builder with a finance-minded view of the business. You understand how a general ledger, a point-of-sale system, and an inventory platform fit together, and you can model that data so it produces one consistent version of the truth.
