At The Third Estimate, we’re looking for a Field Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projects—from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.

Company Vehicle – Pending approval, we’ll set you up for success in the field Stability + Growth – 30+ years of trusted service in Northeast Ohio Customer-Focused Role – Be the main point of contact and drive satisfaction True Ownership – Manage budgets, timelines, and outcomes from start to finish What You’ll Be Doing: Own the Project – Manage window jobs from kickoff through completion Takeoffs & Ordering – Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials Scheduling – Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track Budget Management – Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages Customer Experience – Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction Job Walkthroughs – Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections Problem Solving – Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, production, and customer service What We’re Looking For: ✔ 2+ years experience in window project management ✔ Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes ✔ Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets ✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✔ Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability ✔ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) ✔ Valid driver’s license, clean driving record ** Must have experience measuring windows Ready to Run the Job?
