Single Family Construction Account Manager - Northern KY

This is more than a sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor to builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners while helping guide projects from initial estimate through completion. Based on the job description in Single Family Account Manager , the role focuses on client relationship management, sales growth, estimating, project coordination, blueprint review, and customer support.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners. Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. Prepare and present project estimates and proposals. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications. Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs. Stay current on market trends and competitive activity. Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals. Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.

What We're Looking For

Sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, concrete, or related industries. Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business. Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or site plans. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations is highly preferred. Why Custom Concrete?
