Operations and Strategy Specialist

Job Description We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join a growing support team. In this role, you’ll handle customer calls, identify patterns, surface operational issues, and escalate insights that improve both customer and client experience. What you’ll do: Handle inbound customer support calls Communicate with English-speaking restaurant clients when needed Identify recurring issues and escalation risks Provide clear, actionable summaries to internal teams Track patterns and proactively surface insights Minimum Qualifications What we’re looking for: Strong spoken and written English Excellent listening and problem-solving skills High ownership and attention to detail Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Analytical Open to shifting schedules Bonus if you have: Escalation or client-facing support experience Hospitality or restaurant operations exposure Startup experience
