For more information, please visit www.fwd.com Sales BA Job Purpose Serve SCB segment regional team under own responsibility in terms of providing product and process knowledge, and coordinating between Support Team and Sales Team regarding complicated issues that occurred Key responsibilities: Serve as front line and primary contact person in handling incoming calls for all enquiries and service requests from customers under responsible regions Coordinate and work with other functions in order to acquire all needs to deliver service for BA Sales and SCB branch staffs Analyze regional target under own responsibility and develop plan with banks to achieve goals Contribute and support on Month-end closing period Negotiate on sales event and activities Solve various pending problems after sales Follow up with BA Sales Representative on all pending cases
