You will assure that the property meets all Cohen-Esrey standards for safety and appearance. You will keep track of inventory, partner with management on priorities and budget. The Lead Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED 2+ years of Maintenance Supervisor Experience 3+ years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Valid Driver's License Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience HVAC Certified Compensation $31-$33 depending on skills and experience To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test. Cohen-Esrey is an equal opportunity employer.
