Investigator for Quality

The Quality Improvement Investigator with the support of the Director of Quality Improvement is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and documenting incidents within the agency. They will assist with the implementation of agency-wide policies, procedures and training to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines pertaining to incident management.
