Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in the interior fit-out and furniture industry . The ideal candidate will coordinate projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, production, procurement, and site teams. The candidate should have a good understanding of AutoCAD 2D drawings , furniture detailing, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interior and furniture projects from initiation to completion. Review and understand AutoCAD 2D drawings and technical layouts. Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and site execution teams. Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and vendors.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation. Monitor material requirements and coordinate deliveries. Conduct regular follow-ups with site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Resolve day-to-day coordination issues and escalate project risks when necessary. Ensure projects are delivered within the committed timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in the Interior & Furniture industry is mandatory. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and the ability to understand technical and furniture drawings. Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and interior fit-out execution.

Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and project reporting. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
