Associate Aquatic Director- Central YMCA Family Location

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Aquatic Operations or designated Leader based on branch structure, the Associate Aquatics Director provides leadership and oversight of day-to-day aquatics operations, programs, and staff. This position is responsible for supporting safe and reliable pool operations, recruiting and developing aquatics staff, managing scheduling and coverage, ensuring consistent program execution, and advancing swim lesson participation and sustainable program growth. The Associate Aquatics Director serves as a key day-to-day leader for the aquatics team, translating departmental goals into effective operational execution while fostering a positive staff culture and high-quality member and participant experience.
