Occupational Therapist - Home Health - Per Diem

Under the direct supervision of the director, the Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing patient care services consisting of evaluation and implementation of modalities and treatments in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures and as indicated by licensing agencies in the State of practice (CA/NV) in the home setting.

Therapy Services provides clinical supervision and collaborates with Home Health in evaluating clinical competencies and Home Health maintains responsibility for operational oversight and management.
