Assistant Manager - Store Sales

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our Business Development team at Wooden Street. The ASM will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations, achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading a team of store associates.

You’ll help ensure that the store runs efficiently while upholding the brand’s service and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support in developing strategies to grow the customer base, increase footfall, and maximize store profitability Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets Ensure exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Handle store operations including inventory, compliance, and administrative tasks Maintain the store's visual standards and overall cleanliness Track buying patterns, customer needs, and sales trends to support business decisions Share innovative ideas to improve customer engagement and boost revenue Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend training plans for staff Address customer complaints and internal issues in a timely and professional manner Act as a role model for excellent customer service and professional conduct Take over Store Manager duties in their absence and support overall store management Requirements Proven experience in retail operations, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Executive Strong leadership and people management skills Customer-first approach with the ability to handle escalations gracefully Good organizational and multitasking skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Graduation in any stream preferred Benefits Competitive salary with attractive incentives Training and mentorship from senior leaders in the retail industry Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing retail brand Supportive and collaborative team environment
