Team Leader for Bluelite IP FW development

Team Leader for Bluelite IP FW development Location:- Bangalore Experience:- 4 to 10 yrs Years of Experience:- BE in CS,IT/ ECE with industrial experience of 8+ years or M.E/M.Tech in Communication/CS/IT with 6 years of industrial experience Must have skills:-

1. Proficient in C, C++ (Need to be good in Pointers and data structures)
2. Understanding of basic working of any over air communication protocol (Preferably Bluetooth, 15.4 etc)
3. Expertise in Embedded FW development.
4. Expertise in FW state machine design and implementation.
5. Exposure to system level Validation and test framework creation
6. Exposure to writing Algorithms.
7. Hands on experience on FW –HW debug using JTAG, GPIO, Logging, Debug variables etc.
8. Expertise in Driver design and development for basic interfaces like SPI, UART etc.
9. Hands on experience on working with FPGA boards
10. Must be self-starter who can work independently or in team environments, must be a team player, with the ability to co-ordinate and work well with other cross-functional teams
11. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl etc
12. Strong problem solving skills and excellent debugging skills.
13. Excellent communication skills including verbal and interpersonal skills, professional attitude and desire to succeed is required Good to have skills:-
14. Having worked on 2.4GHz systems like WLAN, Bluetooth.
15. Exposure to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or 802.15.4 is a big plus.
16. Must have had prior experience in customer interaction.
17. Background in signal processing or Communication
18. Exposure to hardware-software co-design, low power design concepts.
19. Exposure to Intellectual Property development, specifically having translated a specification to implementation.
20. Experience in core development of MAC (Medium Access Control) for protocols like Ethernet or USB or Bluetooth or 802.15.4 or the likes Responsibilities:-
21. System architecture definition and realization of Bluetooth and 802.15.4 Wireless IP Blocks. This involves starting with industry standard specifications and defining sub-systems (e.g. State-Machines for protocol management, packet creation, encryption, Clocking, Power Management, interfacing to 3rd party RF Blocks and ARM cores, etc.)
22. Create specifications for sub-systems on chip and manage a team of engineers in development, testing and integration of various sub-systems into the IP architecture
23. Understand existing IP design and Bluetooth\15.4 specifications
24. Support customers with integration/Porting of IP for customer specific requirements. Domain:- Embedded FW development Key words:- Embedded Development, Protocol (like Bluetooth, FPGA, Wireless, 802.15.4, Zigbee)
