✨ Join Our Dynamic Rite of Passage Team as a Youth Care Worker at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, AZ, a community rooted in a rich agricultural history and known for cultivating growth both in its fields and in the lives of Youth-by fostering positive change and empowerment. ✨ Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by a Farm, Student Housing for 300 + youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students.

Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, and athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more), Canyon State has it all! ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What You'll Do Supervise a group of youth in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of students while maintaining program expectations. Conduct routine room checks and monitor student activities throughout your shift. Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, recreation, bedtime, and morning wake-up.

Build positive relationships by serving as a mentor and role model. Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behaviors using appropriate de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with your team to provide consistent care and support for each student. This Position Is a Great Fit If You... Remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test.
