/ Qualifications If you do not currently hold a valid CA credential or 30-Day Emergency Permit, please upload a copy of your Certificate of Clearance. Copy of Transcript (Unofficial transcripts are okay to upload) Credential Copy (30 Day Substitute Permit, Single/Multiple Subject Credential, or Certificate of Clearance) Letter of Introduction Resume Comments and Other Information This application is only for current student teachers completing their credential requirements within NLMUSD.

Applicants can only substitute teach for mentor teacher on an as needed basis. Please note the following:

• Applicants must add any required or additional documents to their application as an attachment through Edjoin. Please do not mail, email, or fax documents to our office as they will NOT be included in your application.
• If you do not currently have a Certificate of Clearance, you can apply for one at CTC.CA.GOV
