Controller

We are seeking a dynamic financial leader that will partner across the business to fuel growth and drive profitability by preparing robust financial analyses, implementing sound accounting practices, and developing strong processes and controls to effectively manage financial performance. The Controller is responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions at Ajax Group’s Brookfield, WI location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background in a manufacturing environment with experience using data and key performance indicators to identify trends and proactively influence results.
