Key Responsibilities

📋 Prepare and process customs entries and import documentation 📋 Coordinate customs clearance activities with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) 📋 Prepare and submit Importer Security Filings (ISF) 📋 Review shipping documents for compliance with customs regulations 📋 Coordinate with importers, carriers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and other service providers 📋 Monitor import shipments and resolve customs-related issues 📋 Ensure compliance with U.

S. Customs regulations and international trade requirements 📋 Maintain accurate shipment records and customer documentation 📋 Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the import process 📋 Stay current on customs regulations, compliance requirements, and industry changes Required Qualifications ✅ 1-2 years of Customs Brokerage or Customs Entry Writer experience ✅ Experience with customs clearance and import documentation ✅ Knowledge of ISF filing requirements ✅ Experience using Cargo.
