HOURS: 3PM-3:30AM Weekends SALARY: $23-$25/HR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain all operational equipment and facility infrastructure Facilitate process set-up and start-up as needed Collaborate with other functional departments in the scheduling of downtime and PM repairs Communicate with maintenance team on problems, resolutions, and parts Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years' industrial mechanic experience or equivalent training Technically sound and hands-on in troubleshooting: CNC / Pneumatic / Hydraulic and Multi- Processing type equipment Experience with PM's (Preventative Maintenance Programs) Knowledge of PLC's Knowledge of electrical standards and applications Strong experience in steel fabrication Ability to read blueprints; electrical; hydraulics and pneumatic schematics Strong written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Detailed and results oriented Knowledge and application of OSHA regulations Act as a liaison with vendors when necessary Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours depending on demands PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to climb and move around machinery Ability to kneel, stand or bend and be able to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work at heights The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
