• Qualified Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Sherwood Forest | £13.83 per hour Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa. What you'll be doing Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Part-time contract, shifts fall between 6:00am and 10:00pm You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4 ‑ week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements This role includes early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays About you RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test. Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
