You will work closely with our Service Manager to ensure timely and efficient service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating and cooling systems Communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize service calls Maintain accurate records of all service calls Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HVAC service EPA certification Strong problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
