• Aurora, CO, Salary Range: $60000.00 - $75000.00Salary, Job Shift: Opening, Qualifications: Required: 2–3+ years of management experience with direct responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development. 2–3+ years of sales and customer service experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing KPIs and driving business performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Preferred: Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Experience in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry. Multi-unit leadership or high-volume sales experience is a plus.
