Nursing Student Knowledge Program (June 15th and November 15th Application Deadlines)

It is important that you take the time to read the following information before applying: The Knowledge Program provides tuition dollars to healthcare students to assist them in obtaining a healthcare degree, followed by a commitment to join Baptist Health Louisville upon graduation.

Knowledge Program monies are “forgiven” as the student meets specific tenure milestones once hired in his or her professional capacity. The amount of funding provided depends on multiple factors including school, degree program, graduation date, career goals, and a demonstrated need for funding. Current Baptist employees applying for this program must be in good standing with both performance and attendance to be considered.

Generally, a one-year work requirement for every $10,000 in Knowledge Program funding is required upon graduation. Students must be accepted or actively enrolled in an applicable degree program, prior to graduation in the field of study, to be eligible to apply for this program.
